During the hurricane, we put all our patio furniture in the pool so that it wouldn’t fly away. While trying to remove our table, the glass top shattered into what seemed like millions of little pieces. With two young boys who love to swim, the last thing we needed was for them to get cut up on the glass. We tried getting it out ourselves, but that wasn’t fruitful. In comes Jason and Sun Time Pools. He patiently made pass after pass across our pool to make sure that the glass wouldn’t be a problem anymore. He was patient and friendly and cared to make sure our kids wouldn’t get hurt. Brett Porter

Contacted SunTime Pool & Spa to replace a faulty timer mechanism. I contacted them because they came highly recommended from a neighbor. Spoke with the owner and office manager and both were very friendly and knowledgeable. The technician showed up on time, and although I was out of town, I received a call to let me know they were starting the job and another when they were finished. Great communication. They installed a new Pentair Superflo VSR in about 30 minutes. They did a great job answering questions, testing the equipment and showing me (a pool novice) the settings and explaining pool operation. Cost was competitive and they were super nice. I used sun time to replace my old pool heater about a year and an half ago. They were great on time, good pricing, honest. So when I had a leak in a hose recently I sent them an email they called me right away and were here within the hour. What a wonderful family owned and operated company! From my initial call for assistance and advise regarding our pool pump, Jeremy was onsite on time and as promised. He replaced the pump, explaining the equipment and what he was doing. He also took his time to walk me thru all the equipment, making sure everything was working as intended.
